Lt. Col. Frank H. Fife

Lt. Colonel Frank H. Fife, 92, of Fife Drive, died Friday, February 24, 2006 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.
Col. Fife was a native of Canonsburg, PA, a son of the late Richard H. and Orlena Leach Fife. He was a retired Lt. Col. In the US Army where he served during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was the retired owner and operator of Fife Realty Company and the Fife Locksmith Service. He was a former member of the staff of the Army ROTC at Clemson University. He was a longtime member of the Clemson Sertoma Club, a member and Past Master of the Clemson Lodge AFM 254, past president of the Clemson Chamber of Commerce, was past president and charter member of the Tri County County Board of Realtors and was a member of Fort Hill Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Jane Hind and her partner Sharon Miken of Sewell, NJ and Joanne Medlock and her husband Henry of Clemson; grandsons Jan Patrick Medlock and his wife Leigh Anne of Stamford, Connecticutt and Kristoffer Jon Hind of Orlando, FL He was predeceased by his wife, Mildred 'Jane' Fife.
Following a private committal service there will be a memorial service at 2pm Monday, February 27 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Building Fund of Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672.
