Lucille Hollingsworth Edwards

Mrs. Lucille Hollingsworth Edwards, 92, wife of the late Henry Aaron "Ed" Edwards, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2026.

Born in Spartanburg, County, a daughter of the late Marion Hollingsworth and the late Nannie Blackwell Hollingsworth, Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker and a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church.

Surviving, are her daughter, Martha Lyons of Laurens; her son-in-law, Michael Gilliland of Pickens; and her grandchildren, John Carlton, Gaysha Thrasher, Jon Mann, Michael Mann, II, Jessica Lyons Norman and Kayla Byrd-Leet. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Edwards was predeceased by two daughters, Linda Sue Jones and Sara Neal Gilliland; her son, James Leonard Neal; her brothers, Thurmond Hollingsworth and James "Buck" Hollingsworth.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 17, 2026 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM Friday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, prior to the graveside service.
