Mrs. Lula Janice Kennemore Jenkins, 81, wife of Perry Lee Jenkins, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018.
Born in Liberty, SC, a daughter of the late Ralph Hansford and Inavee Wilson Kennemore, Mrs. Jenkins retired from Michelin and was of the Baptist faith.
Janice was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed gardening in her yard and taking care of her cats.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of forty-seven years, are son Barry Couch, and his wife, Risa of Travelers Rest; a daughter, Nancy Janich and her husband, Peter, of Greenville; two step-daughters, Donna Marie Patterson and her husband, Bill, and Bonnie Bernice Bryant and her husband, Jimmy, all of Easley; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and her special cat-friend, Buster.
In addition to her parents, Janice was predeceased by a brother, Buford Kennemore.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum of Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum, prior to the service.
Family members are at their respective homes.
