Lynn Alford Rampey, 66, wife of Tommy Rampey, of Easley, slipped peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Arnold and Millie Cox Alford.
Lynn worked for 36 years at hospitals in Greenville and Easley as a neo-natal nurse dedicated to helping the smallest babies survive and thrive. She was a member of Geer Memorial Baptist Church and will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Lynn is survived by a daughter, Heather Rampey Hood (Derrick) of Tennessee; a son, Kyle Rampey (Jessie) of Easley; a brother, Wendell Alford (Denise); a sister, Kathy Roberts; and grandhildren, Hannah and Hunter Hood, and June Rampey.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Kay Alford Jones.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Robinson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
