Easley
Mrs. Lynn Bolding Riggins, 67, wife of Bruce Riggins, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2014.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Paul Leonard and Lila Stewart Bolding, Mrs. Riggins was a graduate of Anderson College where she earned an associate degree, and retired from Furman University as an administrative assistant with thirty years of service. She was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Lynn was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of forty-five years, are a son, Tim Riggins (Amanda) of Easley; a daughter, Beth Banks (Sam, III) of Easley; two sisters, Joann Grant (Bill) of Easley, and Carol Menees (Bill) of Anderson; and four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Banks, Grant Banks, David Riggins, and Joseph Riggins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Reverends Phillip Henry and Gerald Roper officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon until 1:45 PM Thursday at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home.
