Sarah Lynne Freeman Hammond, 45, of Edgemont Street, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, a daughter of Evelyn Gillespie Freeman and the late James Malcolm Freeman, Lynne was a radiologic technician and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a sister, Beth Freeman Miller (Robert) of Piedmont; and two nephews, Matthew and Chandler Miller.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
Because Lynne loved animals, memorials may be made to the Anderson County P.A.W.S., 1320 Highway 29 South, Anderson, SC 29626.
