Lynne Barbara Savage

Lynne Barbara Savage, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went to be with the Lord and Savior on January 18, 2024. 

Born on June 12, 1947, in Haddon Heights, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Kathryn Martino Crankshaw.

Lynne was incredibly social and delighted in connecting with and serving others. She found joy in cooking meals for those in need and hosting events in her home.  Lynne also taught women's Bible study, and loved studying God's word. She also found happiness in gardening and going to the beach, to enjoy time in the sun. 

Family held a special place in Lynne's heart. She lovingly cared for her late husband of over 25 years, David Savage. Lynne's dedication extended further as she selflessly assisted her parents, Robert and Kathryn Martino Crankshaw, during their later years in Florida. 

Lynne is survived by her son, Brent Savage (Lindsey) of Augusta, GA; her daughters Wendy Aldridge (John) of Oak Island, NC; and Kim Ahrens (Ryan) of Easley, SC. Lynne will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Grant, Connor, Emily, Sarah, Tyler, Jenna, Caleb, Benjamin, Ada, and Willow.

In addition to her immediate family, Lynne is survived by her brothers Keith Crankshaw (Barbara) of Sicklerville, NJ and Robert Crankshaw (Barbara) of Southampton, NJ, and her close friend Kathleen Jacobs.

A visitation will be held Sunday, January 21, 2023 from 2:15 PM until 3:15 PM.

A funeral service for Lynne will be held Sunday, January 21, 2023 at 3:30 PM in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, Easley.
