Madaline R. Denney

Madaline R. Denney, 75, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 21, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born in Central, SC January 3, 1946, a daughter of J.B. and Allene Bryant Denney.

Madaline was an assembler in the textile mills until she retired. She enjoyed doing word searches, and watching the various birds at her home, and she loved her flowers. More than that, she loved spending time with her family.

Madaline is survived by her three daughters: Sherry D. Collins, Cynthia R. Norton, and Renee D. Ramage; a very special adopted daughter, Dee Prince; a brother, Carlton Denney; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces, and great nephews and great nieces.

In addition to her parents, Madaline was preceded in death by a sister, Elouise Smith; three brothers, Marion Denney, Benney Denney, and Philip Denney; and a daughter, Michelle Evans.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 25th at the Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Rd., in Central. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central.
