Lola Mae Scruggs Suddeth, 62, of Hamlin Road, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2014 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late James and Alice Elrod Scruggs, Mae was formerly employed with the Ellison Plant of Alice Manufacturing Company and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are her husband, Leon "Buster" Suddeth of the home; two sons, Allen Suddeth and Scotty Galloway, both of Easley; a daughter, Sherry Suddeth of Easley; three brothers, Randy Scruggs and Winfred Scruggs, both of Norris, and Edward Scruggs of Easley; two sisters, Wanna Brittenham of Oklahoma and Belle Waldrop of Easley; twelve grandchildren, Bradley and Jacob Suddeth,, Brittany Reid, Brandon, Cole, Codie, Caleb, Chase, Chance, Corey, Christen and Colby Galloway. In addition to her parents, Mae was predeceased by two brothers, Horace Scruggs and W.T. Scruggs.

Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM Monday at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Monday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, prior to the service.

The family is at the home of Sherry Suddeth, 210 Anton Drive, Easley, SC 29642.
