Edith Marcella Case Rowland, 77, of North C Street, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Melvin Warren Gilstrap and Lilly Ruth Morgan Gilstrap.
Mrs. Rowland was retired from Alice Manufacturing, Elljean Plant, after 40 years of dedicated service. She was a charter member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church where she was a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class, sang in the choir and served on several mission trips. She was also a member of the Red Hatters Club. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, sewing, cooking, and shopping at her favorite store, Hamricks.
Surviving are her beloved husband of 61 years, Bobby Rowland; daughters, Angel Clarkson (Robert) of Easley and Shunda Bagwell (Alex) of Easley; grandchildren, Morgan Clarkson, Anysia Rowland, Jase Greer and Katlin Greer; and a sister, Vicky Robinson of Easley.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Pendleton Street Baptist Church with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Pendleton Street Baptist Church, 601 S. Pendleton Street, Easley, SC 29640.
The family will be at the home.
