Margaret Malone Brank, 81, of 633 College Avenue and the widow of Leonard C. Brank, died Monday, September 4, 2006 at Hospice of the Upstate.
Mrs. Brank was born in Whitmire, SC, a daughter of the late John and Annie Mary King Malone. She was the retired Manager of Food Service at Central Wesleyan College, now Southern Wesleyan University and was a member of First Wesleyan Church, Central.
Surviving are: a son, Ronald Leon Brank and his wife Kay of Franklin, TN; a daughter, Sharon Brank Newton of LaGrange, GA; grandchildren, Kelli Renee Mickle and her husband Dewey Lee, Jeffrey Scott Newton, Erin Elizabeth Newton, Travis Lee Brank and wife Jennifer, Katherine Renee Brank and Christopher Sean Brank; great-grandson, Connor Brank; sister-in-law, Het Malone of Clinton; a nephew, Rev. Tom Malone; and a niece, Ginger Sauls and husband Stacy. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Brank was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Malone.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, at First Wesleyan Church on the campus of Southern Wesleyan University in Central with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Central.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central-Clemson Commons, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
