Margaret McAdams-Duncan

February 24, 1951 — April 18, 2018

Margaret McAdams-Duncan, 67, wife of R. Donald "Buster" Duncan, died Wednesday, April 18, 2918 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.

Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late William Newton and Lucille Foster McAdams. Margaret was a 1973 graduate of Clemson University and earned her Masters Degree from Clemson. Her career was spent in various educational counseling services related to social work having worked at Tri County Technical College, was a manager of the Clemson University Student Union, the Department of Social Services, and Community Long Term Care. She enjoyed animals, friends and family and along with her husband was an avid beekeeper.

Surviving in addition to her husband is her brother, Richard McAdams of Cashiers; niece, Cydney Milling; nephew, West McAdams; and cousin, Caren Zisson.

A graveside inurnment service will be 1:30 PM, Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Old Stone Church Cemetery.

The family will greet friends at the residence of Mike and Annette Proulx immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
