Margaret Lurline Sanders McAlister, 86, of 211 South 8th Street, died Saturday, March 31, 2007.
Born in Easley, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Lillie Cash Sanders. She worked for Easley Mill in the cloth room for 48 years, and was a member of West End Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Charles R. McAlister of Easley; two daughters, Sharon M. Hendrix of Easley, Diane M. Aiken of Liberty; ten grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, R. Correll McAlister; a brother, Earl Dalton; and two sisters, Gladis Bolding and Dorothy Childress.
Graveside services will be 2:30 PM Monday at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Reverends Brian McAlister and Allen McAlister officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:15 PM at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown.
The family is at the home.
