Margaret Marie Capps McQueen, 98, formerly of 305 Turner Street, wife of the late Arthur Ott McQueen, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at Hosanna Health & Rehab.
Born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late John W. and Ada Orr Capps, Mrs. McQueen retired as a nursing assistant with Alta Vista Nursing Center and was a member of Cedar Rock Church of God.
Mrs. McQueen was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
