Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" Barry Horton, 80, wife of the late Oliver "Doug" Doyle Horton, of Easley, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, April 3, 2022.

Born in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Edmund Barry and the late Maxine Heape Barry, Mrs. Horton retired from Engineered Custom Plastics, "E.C.P." and later volunteered at Baptist Easley Hospital for several years. She was a member of Bethany Church of God.

Surviving are a sister, Benita Howle of Summerville; and nieces and nephews, Frank Brown, Vickie Brown, Judy Trahan-Alcantara, Art Trahan, Jimmy Cleveland, and Ed Cleveland.

In addition to her loving husband, Mrs. Horton was predeceased by a brother, Edmund Barry; sisters, Maxine Cothran and Joyce Cleveland; a niece, Elizabeth Howle; and her beloved cat, Bobbi.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 9, 2022 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the funeral home.
