Margaret A. "Peg" Connolly Perkins, 71, of 424 E. Church Road and widow of the late Donald Perkins, Sr., passed away Tuesday May 24, 2011.
Mrs. Perkins was born in Boston, MA., a daughter of the late William and Ellen Fowler Connolly. She retired from the U.S. Department of Defense and worked as an industrial specialist at Lockheed - Martin Company in Greenville, SC. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Easley, SC.
Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Marie Griffin and her husband, Steve, of Dennis, MA.; brothers, Sidney Connolly, of Atlanta, GA. and Paul Connolly, of Wolfesboro, N.H.; two sisters, Mildred Graham and Shirley McLaughlin both of Boston, MA.; twin grandsons, John Michael Griffin and Matthew James Griffin and another grandson, Stephen D. Griffin.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, with the Reverend Greg Longtin officiating. Entombment will follow in the Robinson Memorial Gardens - Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
