Maria Stan Terry-Weissmueller

Maria Stan Smith Terry-Weismuller, 75, wife of Henri Bakker passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at AnMed Health in Anderson, SC.
Stan was born in Abbeville, SC, a daughter of the late Earl Doyle and Margaret Gambrell Knight Smith. Stan was known in the Clemson Community when she was a nurse with Dr. William Hunter, then become a realtor and broker with Rochester Real Estate. She was an entrepreneur and loved reading, gardening shopping and being a grandmother.
In addition to her husband, Stan is survived by daughters, Margo Terry Pence (Courtney Pence) of Atlanta, GA and Christie Anna Adams of Anderson, SC; sister, Earline Boggero of Greenwood, SC; grandchildren, Asher Pence, Cherish Pence, Jude Pence, Hannah Adams and Hunter Hill; and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Stan was predeceased by a son, Brent Terry.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday at Old Stone Church Cemetery. Clemson, SC.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, https://lupus.org or any local organizations serving those who have been afflicted with Lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
