Marilyn Louise Bradley Smith, 75, of Countryside Village, wife of the late Edgar Dyar Smith, died Monday, July 3, 2006, at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Ted and Essie Mae Kelley Bradley, Mrs. Smith retired from J.L.'s Place and also worked at The Feed Room. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two sons, Nathan Smith and wife, Elizabeth, and Pat Reece; four daughters, Diane Ussery and her husband, Lonnie, Kathy Tobias, Debbie Pace, and Hazel Dance and her husband, Craig; four brothers; four sisters; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Smith was predeceased by a son, Waymon Lee Chappell, and two brothers.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Edward Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of Diane Ussery, 179 Evans Road, Easley, SC 29640.
