Marjorie Putnam Burton, 78, of 101 Regency Street, died Friday, July 6, 2007, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Duluth, MN, a daughter of the late Frank and Mabel Mohn Putnam, Mrs. Burton was a homemaker and was of the Church of God faith.
Surviving are her husband, Bruce Burton of the home; two daughters, Brucelene Pruitt and Susan Freeman, both of Easley; four brothers, Jack Putnam of Milwaukee, WI, Jimmy Putnam, Donnie Putnam and Bobby Sprouse all of Duluth, MN; two sisters, Vi Latour and Pat Nyquist, both of Duluth, MN; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family is at the residence.
