Mark Allen Hughes, 52, of Hester Store Road, husband of Susan Ann Morrison Hughes, passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 at Cannon Memorial Hospital.
Born in Mentor, Ohio, the son of the late Jim Cleveland and Virginia Mabbitt Hughes, Mr. Hughes was owner and operator of Hughes Small Engine Repair of Hester Store Road.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, Steven Hughes of Pickens, Mark Allen Hughes, II, of Easley, and Shawn Hughes of Tennessee; four daughters, Amanda Hughes of Georgia, Rachael Nicole Hughes of Easley, Mindy Lynn Hughes of Florida and Cassandra Lee of North Carolina; and his life-long special friend, Janis Bailey of Easley.
A family gathering will be held at a later date.
