Mark Lee White, 59, of 101 Cool Breeze Dr., passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Oconee Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born February 6, 1955 in Greenville County, but was raised and lived in the Clemson area most all his life. He was the son of the late Paul and Elise Cothran White. Mark was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting and all types of auto racing. He was a 1974 graduate of DW Daniel High School and was formerly employed for many years with Ingles Grocery Stores and Itron Corporation. Mark was a was a member of East Clemson Baptist Church
Mark is survived by his sister, Nancy White Dennis of Mobile, AL.; brothers, Donald P. White of Stone Mountain, GA., and Thomas R. White of Clemson; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30 PM Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday prior to the service at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
