Marlene Gilstrap Foster, 80, of Easley, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2021 at her home.

Marlene was a dedicated loving mother and grandmother. Her family was her world and with her humble, gentle manner she always put the needs of others ahead of her own. In her difficult days her family was by her side to take care of her. She will forever live in our hearts and will be greatly missed.
Surviving are her two children, Joey Foster (Tammy), of Greenville; and Shannon Ballew (Alan), of Easley; her two grandchildren, Adam and Addison Ballew; her three sisters, Carol Littleton, Lynn Niver and Sharon Winstead; and her brother, Johnny Gilstrap.
