Martha Ann Brown, 71, formerly of the Crosswell Community, died Monday, July 14, 2008, at Palmetto Health Baptist Richland.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Frank M. and Jennie Gossett Brown, Miss Brown was a graduate of Easley High School and a member of Antioch United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sisters, Barbara Smith and husband, Gilbert, of Oxford, GA, Carol Redmond of Johnsonville, SC, and Marilyn Cauble and husband, Jimmy, of Gastonia, NC; three nieces, Denise Redmond, Krista Poston and Jennifer DeJacimo; two nephews, Nolan (Nicky) Nixon and Andrew Cauble; four great-nieces and two great-nephews. In addition to her parents, Miss Brown was predeceased by two brothers, Franklin Gayle Brown and Gerald Brown and by a sister, Frances Addington.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. James McCoy-Bruce officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Antioch United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1128, Easley, SC 29641.
