Martha Evelyn Campbell Calvin, 76, loving wife of John B. Calvin, of 141 McCracken Drive died Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at AnMed Health in Anderson, SC.
Born in Iva, SC, she was a daughter of the late Mason and Mary Lee Jones Campbell. Martha was a retired employee with BASF of Clemson and was a loving mother and grandmother.
Martha's priority was her family. Martha and John were married for 53 years. She gave unselfishly all her life to her family. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, John B. Calvin, Jr and wife Gina of Travelers Rest, SC and Jeff E. Calvin and wife Kelly of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Jones Campbell and wife, Dixie of Iva, SC; grandchildren, Benjamin Calvin, Lindsay Calvin and Loren Calvin.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Aaron, Lee, Orr, Barney and James Campbell; and a sister, Florence Callahan.
Memorial services will be 3 PM, Saturday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC with Rev. Tom Ramey officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
