Mrs. Martha Galloway Miller, 82, wife of J.D. Miller, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, October 25, 2018.
Born in Rosman, NC, a daughter of the late Critton Galloway and the late Beulah Wilson Galloway, Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and an active member of Bessie Road Baptist Church, Piedmont, SC.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of thirty-one years, are two sons, US Army Retired Colonel Rick Simmons (Peggy) of Bad Salzuflen, Germany, and John D. Miller (Becky) of Powdersville; a sister, Evelyn W. McCall (Carlisle) of Oliver Springs, TN; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Bessie Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM 2:15 PM Sunday at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bessie Road Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 361, Piedmont, SC 29673.
