Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, son of the late Martin Alphonse Martinez and the late Rosalie Pittari Martinez, he was a loving brother who enjoyed bowling, softball, wrestling, power lifting, the Special Olympics, and spending time with his family.
Surviving, are sisters, Nina Poche (Doug) of Louisiana, Marie Andary of Easley, and Jeannie Parker (Mitchell) of Louisiana.
A private burial will be held in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
