Marvin Lee Masters, 79, husband of Brenda Evatt Bowers, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021.
Born in Anderson County, a son of the late Jesse Lee Masters and the late Lake Ragsdale Masters, he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed cars, working at trade shows, and spending time with his family. He was the owner and operator of Masters Used Cars, where he retired after seventy years. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons, Michael Masters (Tina) of Atlanta, GA, Ronald Merritt (Chris) of Phoenix, AZ, Robert Bowers, Jr. (Vicki) of Easley, and William Bowers of Gainesville, FL; a daughter, Jennifer Wilson of Los Angeles, CA; and a grandson, Sean Masters (Adam) of Easley.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
