Mary Alice Borgman Brown, 60, of 205 Holiday Lane, died Monday at her home.
Born in Asheville, NC, she was a daughter of Mary Lucille Guess Borgman of Ashville, NC and the late Dr. Robert Borgman.
Mary Alice was a graduate of Clemson University where she also earned her M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance Services. She was an L.P.C. Counselor at Seneca Middle School and was formerly a Counselor with the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Mental Health Center in Anderson.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Samantha Sara Garrett of Charleston, SC; two brothers, Albert Frederic Borgman of Minot, ND and Karl Nathan Borgman of Mebane, NC; and a sister, Hannah Marie Curti of Chattanooga, TN.
Memorial services will be 2:30 PM, Thursday in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
