Mary Legg Coppock, 60, of Piedmont, South Carolina, formerly of Apopka, Florida, loving wife of Richard “Rick” Raymond Coppock, Jr, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

Mary was born on May 28, 1964, in Dunbar, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Mack and Pateresa Duncan Legg. Mary dedicated her career to helping others as a Health Unit Coordinator Advent Health. Her warm personality made her a cherished member of her community. She was known for her loving nature and the care she extended to those around her. Family was at the center of Mary’s life. She particularly enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Malcolm, creating special memories that will be held dear by those who knew her. Mary loved being with her family and cherishing simple moments together. One of her favorite pastimes was taking trips to Coco Beach with her husband, where they made lasting memories along the shore.

In addition to her husband of 34 years, Mary is survived by three children, Christopher Coppock (Chelsea), Mack Legg (Rebecca), and Richard Raymond Coppock, III (RC3); two sisters, Teresa Guifoyle, and Rita Arnold; four brothers, Mike Legg, Charlie Legg, John Legg, and Leo Legg. 

The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Iglesia Cantico Nuevo, 1680 N. Ronald Reagan BLVD, Longwood, Florida 32750.
