Mary Christine Crain Dobbins

Mary Christine Crain Dobbins, 80, wife of the late Carl Edward Dobbins, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

Born in Celo, NC, a daughter of the late Clarence Crain and the late Grace Bells Crain, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was a packaging associate for Perrigo and she was a member of Mount Airy Baptist Church in Easley.

Surviving are daughters, Diane Orr (Eugene Kirby) of Piedmont and Janet Garrison (Michael) of Easley; a brother, Wid W. Crain of Asheville, NC; grandchildren, Emily Orr, Paul Orr, Phillip Garrison, and Carl Garrison; and great-grandchildren, Erin Boyter, Jacob Boyter, Arianna Ruiz, Harper Grace Garrison, and Gavin Paul Orr.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Clarence McKee and Charles Crain.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022 at Mount Airy Baptist Church, 210 Mt. Airy Church Road, Easley, SC 29624. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. Friday at the church, prior to the service.
