Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Duncan

Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Duncan, 86, of Greenville, wife to the late Bobby Duncan, passed away April 15, 2024.

Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Allen “Buck” Laughridge and Lucille Ledbetter Laughridge. Beth grew up and spent her life in Pendleton until her illness moved her closer to her daughter in Greenville. Mrs. Duncan retired as a Business Administrator for Anderson School District 4. She enjoyed playing bridge and is a member of First Baptist Church of Pendleton.

Beth is survived by her daughter, Angie Sparacino and husband, Doug of Greer; grandson, Jacob Sparacino and fiancé, Taylor Reeves; sister, Sue Barnett of Anderson; brother, Rick Laughbridge and wife, Linda of Anderson. 

She is predeceased by her parents and sister, Helen Eberhart,

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Pendleton Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
