Mary Rogers Ford, 85, of 407 Georgetown Drive, wife of the late Harold Carlyle Ford, died Saturday, November 10, 2007, at Hospice of the Upstate.
Born in Marion County, the daughter of the late Sheppard and Minnie Williams Rogers, Mrs. Ford retired from the Glenwood Plant of Mayfair Mills. She was a member of Easley Church of God and attended United Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are three sons, John Smith and wife, Jean, of Liberty, Mike Smith and wife, Shirley, and Billy Ford and wife, Amy, all of Asheboro, NC; two brothers, J.C. Rogers of Columbia, and Howard Sloan of Dillon; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, with Rev. Dr. David Sustar and Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
The family is at the residence.
