Mary Lou Aiken

April 27, 1933 — February 15, 2021

Mary Lou Aiken, 87, of Pickens, wife to the late Benjamin Aiken, passed away February 15, 2021.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ola Raines Gibson. Mrs. Aiken graduated from Easley High School and retired from Alice Manufacturing. She was an active member of Park Street Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school.
Mrs. Aiken is survived by her son, Eddie Aiken (Esther) of Pickens; brothers, Jim Gibson and Bob Gibson, both of Easley; sister, Carolyn Nix (Alton) of Easley. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hannah Readett, Isaac Aiken, Lydia Shultz, Sarah Beth Miller, Abigail Aiken, Joseph Aiken and Deborah Aiken and thirteen great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, parents, son, Scott Aiken, brother, Curtis Gibson and sister, Annell Stegall.
Funeral service will be held Friday, February 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.
The family will be at the home of Eddie Aiken.
