Mary G. Masse

Mary Elizabeth Galbreath Hamilton Masse, 94, of 150 Downs Blvd. and formerly of Charleston, died, Thursday, November 20, 2008 at The Cottingham House-Hospice of the Foothills.
Born in Ailey, GA on November 20, 1914, she was the daughter of William Clyde and Maude Lee Galbreath.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Albert Hamilton; her second husband, Robert George Masse; her two brothers, William Clyde Galbreath, Jr. and Cecil Ray Galbreath; and two of her sisters, Rosalyn Manning and Christine Winge.
She is survived by her son, Edward Albert Hamilton, Jr. and his wife, Jane, of Seneca, SC; her two sisters, Helen Brannon of Gautier, MS and Frankie Rhea of Charleston, SC; her two grandchildren, Robert Edward Hamilton of Bristow, VA and Kimberly Ann Wanner of Clemson, SC; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2 PM, Monday, at Epworth United Methodist Church, 1540 Camp Road, Charleston, SC with burial to follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, Highway 61, Charleston, SC.
Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 1 PM until 2 PM on Monday.
