Mary Colleen Myers

Mary Colleen Myers, 83, wife of Robert Willis Myers, of Liberty, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

Born in Murphy, NC, she was a daughter of the late Charles Willard and Bertha Arp Horton.

Colleen loved gardening and spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Pickens.

In addition to her loving husband of 46 years, Colleen is survived by a brother, Edward Ray Horton (Nancy); and a sister, Viola Jean Horton.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Marie Hildebrand.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Grace United Methodist Church, Pickens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 1:50 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the church.
