Ms. Mary Althea Partlo, 81, of Easley, SC, formerly of Akron, Michigan, went to meet her Savior Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at her residence.

Mary was born in Caro, Michigan on February 26, 1934 to the late Oliver and Pearl Childs Partlo. She retired from the Greenville Hospital System, where she worked in the office and was a part time CNA. She loved her apartment community and all the activities they shared together from bingo to Bible studies. She loved her dogs, cooking, and was still a very active person in her last days. Mary was a member of Powdersville First Baptist Church and loved her church family and her Lord dearly.

Mary is survived by a son; Dale P. Doyen of Cass City, Michigan; two daughters; Sheryl Farnum Gonzales (Marcello) of Piedmont, SC, and Sandra Rosteutcher of Piedmont, SC; and two brothers; Keith Partlo of Akron, Michigan and Richard Partlo of Florida. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Christa Farnum Cragg of Ohio, Amanda L. Farnum of Mauldin, SC, Tasia Doyen of Florida, Orion Doyen of Florida, Marty Sagash of Port Huron, Michigan, and Matthew Sagash of Muskegan, Michigan; and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her former husband, Patrick Doyen; a former son-in-law; Lawrence Farnum; a son-in-law; Gary Rosteutcher; four brothers; Leslie, Wilbur, Alvin, and Bernard Partlo; a sister; Aletha Barry; along with several other close friends and family.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Powdersville First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 6:00 PM until 6:45 PM at the church.
