Mary Janette Holcombe Sanichas, 89, passed away April 10, 2010, in Grass Valley, CA.
Mrs. Sanichas was the daughter of the late George and Susan Holcombe who were founding members of the Dacusville Community. She served in World War II as an Army nurse, then married John Sanichas, a pilot.
Surviving are two daughters, Evadne and Mary Sanichas, both of CA; two sisters, Dorothy Holcombe Williams of Easley, and Lucy Holcombe Marett of Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.
