Mrs. Mary Wright Wilson, 73, wife of the late Albert Wilson, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late William "Will" and Ada Fortner Wright, she was employed by the Greenville News for twenty-one years, and was the owner of Mama�??s Country Kitchen. She was of the Church of God faith.
Surviving are two sons, William Dennis and Brad Wilson (Sonia), both of Easley; two daughters, Diann Mercer (Ronald) and Freida Gantt, both of Easley; a brother, Willy Joe Wright; two step- sisters, Omie Brown, and Mickie Hester; two grandchildren, Brandy Wilson, and Danelle Freeman; three great-granchildren, Brady Wilson, Brock Wilson, and Dagan Cane Thomas.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilson was predeceased by a granddaughter, Angel Gantt.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Tuesday, prior to the service, at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
