Matilda Alexander Rhodes, 81, of 110 Barton Street, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Clifton and Katie Dodd Alexander, Mrs. Rhodes retired as a beautician and was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Jesse Eugene Rhodes, Sr., of the home; a son, Jesse Eugene Rhodes, Jr., of Maysville, GA; a daughter, Gloria J. Rhodes of the home; two sisters, Mary Wardlaw and Frances Anderson, both of Easley; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Family members are at their respective homes.
