Matko "Matt" Chullin, 85, of 311 North Hendricks Lane, died Thursday October 5, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital.
He was a native of Lynch, Kentucky. Mr. Chullin was a U.S. Navy veteran having served during W.W. II. He retired from Kmart in Mauldin.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Norris Chullin, of the home ; three sons, Johnny R. Chullin, of Ocean City, Maryland, Matko Lee Chullin, of Baltimore, Maryland and Millard E. Chullin, of Delaware, Maryland ; three daughters, Viola C. Edge and Mary Lou Good, both of Easley, SC and Shirley E. Thompson, of Greenville, SC ; a brother, Johnny Chullin ; three sisters ; eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The family is at the residence.
