Maureen Emery Fields, 69, of 110 Carolina Avenue and wife of Jimmy Lee Fields, died Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Hospice House of Anderson.
Born in Birmingham, England, a daughter of the late Leonard and Kathleen Mary Emery, she was a wife, mother, homemaker and a member of Glenwood Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are; two daughters, Ms. Carol Fields of Powdersville and Mrs. Janet Allen and husband Michael of Easley; two brothers, Martin Emery and Michael Emery; a one sister, Eileen McKenzie, all of Birmingham, England; four grandchildren, Jordan Higgins, Jessica Higgins, Lindsey Anne Allen and Abby Lynne Allen.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Rev. Dale McCoig officiating. Burial will follow in the veteran's section of Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 PM, Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of a daughter, Janet Allen, 305 Lavonne Ave., Easley, SC 29642.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
