Mary Emma "Meg" Keiser, 82, wife of the late Jere V. Keiser, died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at Clemson Downs Health Care Center after a long illness.
Born in Bellevue, PA, she was a graduate of Westminster College and the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a business education teacher. She was active in the Blue Ridge Arts Council and several quilter groups at Fort Hill Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by two children, Jere V. Keiser, Jr. of John's Island, SC, Kathryn Keiser Ferris of Fairfax, VA; and two grandchildren, Gray and Emma Ferris of Fairfax, VA.
Memorial services will be 2 PM Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Fort Hill Presbyterian Church in Clemson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fort Hill Presbyterian Church; 399 College Avenue; Clemson, SC 29631 or Oconee Hospice of the Foothills; 380 Keowee School Road; Seneca, SC 29672.
