Michael Edward Carman, 69, of Easley, husband of Linda Vickery Carman, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at Capstone Health and Rehab.
Born January 31, 1946 in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Edward Carman and the late Nell Gantt Carman. Mr. Carman attended USC and was a retired supervisor and mechanic. He was a simple man who loved to fish and was an avid Gamecock fan. Mr. Carman was a member of Easley First United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife of forty-six years, he is survived by his daughter, Tracy Clifton (Scott); brothers, Robert Carman and Greg Carman; grandchildren, Connor Scott Clifton and Cameron Michael Clifton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 2, 2015 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.
