Michael "Mike" Gill, 60, of Pickens, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at McCall Hospice House.
Born in Hampton County, Cincinnati, OH, a son of the late Chester and Dorothy Bowmen Gill, Mike was formerly employed as a construction worker and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Carla Morgan Gill of the home; a son, Daniel Gill; two daughters, Dianne Nix and Debbie Simmons; five brothers, Joe Gill, Herbert Stockman, Don Stockman, Jerry Gill, and Mickey Gill; four sisters, Martha Bennett, Shirley Banica, Bobbie Crocker and Jeannie Warrix; and five grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Stockman.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
