Michael Conrad Hall

November 7, 1953 — February 25, 2016

Michael Conrad Hall, 62, went home to the Lord on February 25, 2016, after an extended illness. He was born in Greenville, S.C., on November 7, 1953, to the late Conrad and Betty Hall.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathy Hall, and his children: Kristi Brooks (Remington) of Easley, Kandis Williams (Mike) of Liberty, and Kelly "Mike" Hall (Dana) of Liberty. He had six granchildren: Kendall, Kailey, and Kaleb Williams of Liberty, and Keason, Kristin, and Katelyn Brooks of Easley. He is also survived by his brothers, Douglas and David Hall, both of Greenville, as well as their spouses and children.

Before becoming disabled, Michael, along with his family, attended Powdersville First Baptist Church in Easley.

Michael served honorably in both the United States Navy and Army for 11 years, deployed for three separate tours during the Vietnam era.   After his discharge from the military, he was employed at Bi-Lo Corporation in Greenville for many years.

Michael, or “Mike,” “Hubby,” “Daddy,” and “Poppy” as he was known to his loved ones, was a much-loved husband, father, and grandfather who worked hard to provide for his family and meet the needs of those he loved. He had a humorous and “big” personality and an even bigger heart with special concern for children in need.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 2nd at 2:00PM in Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, with Reverend Sal Barone officiating.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations to Samaritan’s Purse Ministries at the following link: http://www.samaritanspurse.org/our-ministry/memorial-giving/
