Michael F. McKenzie, III - Simpsonville, SC
Michael Fuller McKenzie, III, 43, of 301 Weaver Lane, died Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at his home.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Michael Fuller McKenzie, Jr. and Barbara Ann Perry McKenzie. He worked as an Associate for BMW, attended Crossroads Community Church in Simpsonville and was a veteran of the US Navy.
Surviving are his wife, Ginger McKenzie of the home; a son, Jonathan Michael McKenzie of the home; a brother, Patrick T. McKenzie of Charleston; maternal grandparents, George Truitt and Annie Ruth Perry of Liberty; and paternal grandmother, Edna McKenzie of Anderson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverend Jack Turpin officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Liberty.
Visitation will be Friday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Center of the Carolinas; 3 Butternut Drive; Greenville, SC 29605 or to Open Arms Hospice; c/o St. Francis Hospital; 1 St. Francis Drive; Greenville, SC 29601.
