Michael Joseph Johnsman, 74, husband of Evelyn Cinchinski Johnsman of Easley, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

Born in Celina, OH, Michael was the son of the late Clarence and Verona Saalman Johnsman.

He retired from Michelin after over 41 years of service and was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Luke, Easley. He was also a member of the Greenville Woodworkers Guild and the Greenville Area Parkinson Society (GAPS).

Michael loved to build, garden, and restore antiquities. He was a kind, well-informed and brilliant man that loved his family and friends dearly.

In addition to his loving wife of 51 years, he is survived by a daughter, Annette Weidmann (Damian) of Rochester, NY; sons Doug Johnsman (Jamie) of Simpsonville, SC and Greg Johnsman (Betsy) of Edisto Island, SC; and six grandsons, Ambrose, Blaise, Sam, Victor, Ben, and Moses.

A private entombment was held at Robinson Memorial Gardens.

A memorial service will be held at the Catholic Church of St. Luke, Easley on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 12:15 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greenville Area Parkinson Society, P.O. Box 6505 Greenville, SC 29606 or Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Rd, Seneca, SC 29672.
