Michael Alan Putnam, 41, husband of Angela "Angie" Lay Putnam, died Sunday, April 9, 2017 at his home.
Born in Easley, he was the son of Steve and Brenda Stancil Law of Central.
Alan attended Daniel High School and was a former shift operator for a manufacturing firm. He loved his Clemson Tigers, working in the yard and being with family.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Angie and his parents, are sons, Chase Lack of the home and Dylan Lack of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; daughter, Madison Walker of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and his beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Sophie.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Wednesday in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:50 PM, Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his parents, Steve and Brenda Law, 3247 Six Mile Highway, Central, SC 29630.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to his Uncle Carl and Aunt Rachel for their love and support during Alan's illness.
