Mrs. Mildred Mahaffey Roach, 88, wife of the late Calvin Watson Roach, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at her home.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late John and Ethel Pauline Haynes Mahaffey, Mrs. Roach retired from the Arial Plant of Alice Manufacturing with forty-five years of service and was a member of Liberty Church of God.
Surviving are a son, Randy Roach (Sherill) of Liberty; a daughter, Dianne DesRocher of Liberty; two sisters, Doris Lee of Smyrna, GA, and Martha Ann Wright of Senobia, MS; seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Roach was predeceased by a brother, Dallas Mahaffey.
Memorial services will be noon Friday, March 23, 2018 at Easley Church of God. Private burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM Friday at the church, prior to the service.
Family members are at their respective homes.
Flowers will be accepted and memorials may be made to Providence Care Hospice, 202 Wall Street, Piedmont, SC 29673.
