Milford Henry "Blackie" Black, 87, of 700 Zion School Road, died Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at his residence.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late George E. and Esther "Big Mama" Tinsley Black, he was former owner of Black's Auto Exchange in Easley and was an avid golfer.
Surviving are; two sons, Mike Black and wife Sandy of Anderson and Steve Black and wife Melissa of Greenville; two daughters, Lynn Venable and Pam Dodd and husband, Ray all of Easley; five grandchildren, Jeff and Mark Venable, Natasha Pittman, Storm and Jade Black; 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by; two brothers, Buddy and Carlton Black; and a sister, Rachael Greer.
Memorial Services will be 6 PM, Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Doug Goss officiating.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Dodd, 628 Zion School Road, Easley, SC 29642.
